Timing belts' usage notes

1. It is strictly forbidden to excessively break and bend the belt to avoid damage to the strong layer and lose the use value.
2. Do not store the belt in an abnormally bent state for a long time.
3. Keep in a cool place.
4. Please shorten the center distance during installation and relax the tensioning wheel. Do not force the belt to be dragged from the lower flange of the pulley.
5. The teeth of the pulley must be at right angles to the running direction of the belt.
6. The parallelism of the main shaft of the driving wheel and the driven wheel is controlled at tangential cut = 1/1000. The axial position is not accurate and directly affects the service life.
