Clamping plates

The Yonghangbelt nuts are used in the ATN range. High precision conveying is accomplished by attaching a system of nuts to each belt tooth to hold the baffle or other profile to the belt surface.The nuts are available in brass and stainless steel.

For the attachment of your special cleats or product carriers to a toothed belt, we offer you mechanical cam fasteners. These attachments can be manufactured by Yonghangbelt or by your own production. If the cleats are made of other materials, this system is the solution. It is possible to mount aluminium carriers, stainless steel carriers or even entire product carriers. The mechanical teeth are available in brass and stainless steel. The stainless steel version is often used in the food industry in combination with our Food Grade timing belts.
